It happens. You open a wall and find something unexpected, or you decide mid-project you want to change something. Ben will explain the options, give you a revised price, and get your approval before any extra work goes ahead. You won't find out about cost changes after the fact.
In most cases, yes. We plan the build to keep disruption to a minimum. There may be short periods where power or water is off, or where a room is out of action. We'll tell you the full timeline upfront so you can plan around it.

Yes, we use trusted trades throughout our builds. Plumbing, electrical, tiling, joinery, painting, waterproofing. Ben coordinates the full schedule and manages every trade on site. You deal with one person from start to finish.
It depends on the scope. Some work is exempt, while larger projects need a Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC). Ben can advise on what's likely required during the quoting stage and connect you with the right certifier.
It depends on the scope. A bathroom renovation might take 3 to 5 weeks. A kitchen, 4 to 8 weeks. A full home renovation or extension can run 8 to 20+ weeks. Ben gives you a realistic timeline before work starts, not an optimistic one.
