The owner of this Pyrmont apartment needed both bathrooms done at the same time. The existing bathrooms were dated, and they wanted both handled as a single project to get it done faster and more efficiently.

Working in an apartment adds constraints you don't get in a freestanding home. Access, noise restrictions, strata building hours, and getting materials up to the unit all had to be factored in.
Key considerations included:

Both bathrooms were stripped back to bare walls and rebuilt from scratch. We ran the two rooms in sequence so the plumber and waterproofer could move from one to the other without downtime.
The main bathroom was finished with a marble benchtop, dark timber vanity, dual basins with mirrored cabinets above, and black tapware throughout. The shower features stacked white square tiles with a matte black rain shower and handheld fitting. The second bathroom followed the same material palette to keep things consistent across the apartment.
All work was completed within strata-approved building hours.

Two modern bathrooms with a consistent high-end finish. The marble benchtop and dark timber vanity in the main bathroom set the tone, and the black tapware ties everything together. Running both rooms as one project saved the client time and money compared to doing them separately.
