The scope covered the full ground floor. The kitchen and living area had to be stripped back and rebuilt as a single open space. The existing windows were not making the most of the views available, so all of them had to come out and be replaced with larger frames. New flooring, a balustrade upgrade, and a new front door were all part of the brief.

We gutted the kitchen and living area and rebuilt both rooms from scratch. The new layout opens the space up so you can see from the kitchen through to the living area and straight out to the water.
Every window in the home was replaced with larger frames. The kitchen was fitted out with new joinery by Featured Joinery, with timber cabinetry that suits the feel of the home. New floorboards were laid throughout, the balustrade was upgraded, and a new front door finished things off.
Plumbing was coordinated through Pipeworks Plumbing Projects and EPS Plumbing, with all electrical work managed on site.

The home now feels completely different. The ground floor went from dark and segmented to open, light-filled and connected, with clear views from the kitchen through to the water. The floorboards, timber joinery, larger window frames, upgraded balustrade and new front door all work together to create a consistent finish throughout the home.
