Bathrooms are one of the first things we get asked about, and one of the jobs where getting the sequence right matters most. If the waterproofing isn't done properly, nothing else on top of it matters. If the plumber is a day late, the tiler sits idle and the whole schedule shifts.
Ben and the team handle full bathroom renovations across Sydney. Strip-out to completion. We've done single bathroom updates in Kogarah, a double bathroom reno in Pyrmont, and recently two full bathroom renovations plus a laundry in Greenwich.

A bathroom renovation typically runs through this sequence: demolition and strip-out, plumbing rough-in and any fixture relocation, waterproofing to Australian standards, wall and floor tiling, vanity, toilet, shower, and tapware installation, electrical for lighting and exhaust fans, then painting to finish.
We work with your choice of tiles, fixtures, and fittings. If you haven't picked anything yet, we'll point you toward suppliers that suit your budget and the look you're after.

We also do laundry renovations, either on their own or alongside a bathroom. Running both together makes sense because the plumbing and waterproofing trades overlap. In Greenwich, we did two bathrooms and the laundry as one build. One schedule, one point of contact, less time with trades on site overall.

Most homeowners focus on tiles and fixtures, and that makes sense because that's what you see every day. But the waterproofing underneath is what protects the rest of your home. A failed membrane means water gets into the frame, the subfloor, sometimes the ceiling below. Fixing that costs far more than the bathroom renovation itself.
We use licensed waterproofers on every job. The membrane is inspected before any tiling starts. It's not the exciting part of a bathroom renovation, but it's the part that matters most.
