We get called in when a home stops working for the people living in it. The kitchen is too dark, the living area feels boxed in, or the layout no longer suits a growing family. These are the kinds of renovation projects we handle every week across Sydney.
Ben manages every renovation from the first site visit through to handover. He quotes the job, runs the build, and coordinates every trade. You deal with one person the whole way through, and that person has over 10 years of hands-on building experience.

No two homes are the same, so no two renovations look alike. But common work includes knocking out walls to connect the kitchen and living areas, full kitchen and living rebuilds, replacing windows and doors throughout the home, new flooring, and ceiling work including insulation, sheeting, and painting.
On our Oatley project, the homeowners wanted more light and a better connection between the kitchen and living space. We rebuilt both rooms from scratch, replaced every window in the house to make the most of the view, laid new floorboards, upgraded the balustrade, and fitted a new front door. The whole feel of the home changed.
In Greenwich, the scope was different but the approach was the same. Two bathrooms, a laundry, and every bedroom ceiling insulated, sheeted, and painted. Multiple rooms, multiple trades, one team managing the lot.

When there are plumbers, electricians, tilers, joiners, and painters all working on the same home, the order they come in matters. Get it wrong and you're paying for downtime while one trade waits for another.
Ben builds the schedule around what needs to happen first, what can overlap and where delays usually happen. That is the difference between a renovation that runs properly and one that drags on longer than it should.
If something comes up mid-build that affects the scope or the price, you'll hear about it the same day. No surprises at the end.
